Ahmad Gizza Sanyang has officially thrown his hat into the ring for the position of Public Relations Officer (P.R.O) of the Gunjur Sports Committee (GSC), ahead of the much-anticipated upcoming elective congress.

In a public declaration shared with teams and sports stakeholders, the well-known local sports enthusiast and founder of G-light TV outlined his motivation, vision, and goals for the role. Gizza as he is popularly known in Gunjur, emphasised that his candidacy is driven by a long-standing passion for community sports and a desire to enhance media and public engagement in the sector.

“My decision to contest for this position stems from a genuine passion for Gunjur sports, particularly football, and a firm belief that effective media engagement and public relations are pivotal to the development and visibility of our local talent,” he stated.

“I have remained actively involved in Gunjur sports over the years, contributing in various ways even without holding an official position,” he said. “I now seek to be part of the official structure to gain the legal authority needed to deliver on this role effectively.”
